Skinny Spinach Lactation Muffins
These lactation muffins are full of spinach, nutrients and taste amazing while boosting milk supply!
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 1/2 Scoops Milk Dust
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 3 cups Spinach
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Blend all the wet ingredients in a blender and pour into dry mix. Mix well. Batter is thick, and spoon into greased muffin pan or liners about 3/4 way full.
Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes.
