  • 1 scoop Milk Dust
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (or ice if you don't have)
  • 1/2 fresh avocado
  • 1-2 cups milk of choice, though cashew milk does well with this one Use milk according to desired texture and blend
