Blueberry Lactation Bread
This blueberry lactation bread tastes amazing, and the streussal on top is everything!
- 1.5 cups All purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated sweetener
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 scoop Milk Dust Sweet Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries
Topping Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cold Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour

In a large mixing bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl, using the same whisk, blend together wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and blend together well. Add in 2 cups of blueberries and fold into mixture gently. Pour/scoop mixture into a greased loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together topping ingredients and crumble on top.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
