Blueberry Lactation Crumble Bars
These delicious, blueberry lactation crumble bars will have you drooling and pumping more milk than ever!
- 2 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Milk Dust
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp arrow root powder or tapioca flour
- 2 tbsp water
Preheat your oven to 350.Combine shortbread ingredients in bowl.Then take 3/4 of mixture and press into 8x8 pan. Bake for 12 mins till edges are golden brown.In medium skillet, add blueberry filling ingredients and simmer 4-5 mins till thickened.Pour blueberry filling over crust and then sprinkle with remaining shortbread topping. Add extra fresh blueberries if you’d like.Place back in oven for 18-20mins.
