Hair loss comes from nutritional and hormonal changes, which is what happens postpartum, so it makes sense to start there, and really give your body the building blocks it needs to build your hair and stop the loss, then look at the shampoos and conditioners that can support a good supplement routine.

A Good Biotin and Collagen Supplement: 

I was not able to find any relief for my hair loss during the postpartum period until I started taking Milk Dust Mermaid Hair.
