4th baby trasnformation! I was readlly needing some core work after having 4 babies. I felt like I had no strength at all. This really helped me get motivated to build my core back! I didn't think I could have abs again after 4 babies, but I GOT THEM BACK! Thank you!

This ebook is really helping me get back in shape. I would give it 5 stars but it has a lot of typos, which makes me wonder about the level of care invested in writing it, and some of the workouts could really use elaboration on how to do them. I have tried writing the author through the website twice and have received no response.
The content seems pretty straight-forward. It helps rebuild your whole core from the ground up, starting with "easier" exercises. A couple of criticisms -- first, it doesn't reference the pelvic floor, second, there are typos all over the place. Truly, it makes the product seem less trustworthy because of it. What else did they not fully think through when putting this plan together?
