Lactation Protein Coffee (Proffee) Recipes to Burn the Baby Weight

Lactation protein coffee drinks have been one of my favorite tools to losing the baby weight, keeping my milk supply and getting back in shape after pregnancy. I LOVE a good protein shake, and I LOVE a good coffee, so I just put the 2 together and made the most delicious recipes with my Milk Dust Lactation Protein Powder. Little did I know that Proffee recipes (protein and coffee) would become such a big hit, and great tool for weight loss after baby! 

Protein powder is really helpful to breastfeeding moms for many reasons. I found it helped keep my milk supply up, as well as keeping me super full and crushing those cravings and hunger while breastfeeding. 

I found that on the days I skipped my protein shake, I was hungry, snacking on everything, and craving all the sweet foods. I also found that if I blended my protein with my coffee, I just loved it even more! What is Proffee or protein coffee?

Proffee is exactly what it sounds like, a mix of coffee and protein together. There are endless possibilities on the flavors and drinks you can make with protein and coffee, and you can turn your daily coffee habit into a fat-burning drink that keeps you full all day (even while breastfeeding!). The easiest way to make a protein coffee is to blend together your favorite protein powder with your favorite black coffee. Cold brew or espresso blend well with protein powder either in a blender or with a frother. You can blend your protein powder with hot or cold coffee depending on how you like it. My preferred method was to blend Milk Dust Protein Powder with cold brew coffee, ice and milk. I'll get into my favorite recipes below. 

You can't drink just any protein powder while breastfeeding.
