Dirty Chai Lactation Muffins

These dirty chai lactation muffins are delicious. They have a sweet, yet spicy flavor, and are full of milk-boosting ingredients. Even better, they are gluten-free, low carb (if made with Stevia), and full of protein too! You can make them and store them in the fridge, or even freeze them, so you have them ready to go for busy days or heading back to work.

Dirty Chai Lactation Muffins

These dirty chai lactation muffins are amazing! They taste amazing, and are full of milk-boosting ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 scoop Milk Dust
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sweetener of choice (sugar, stevia etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk of Choice
  • 1/4 cup Cold Espresso
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet ingredients one by one. Stir all together. Spoon mixture into greased or lined muffin tin. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Glazy and top with chopped nuts optional.

Lactation Blueberry Crumble Bars

I Just wanted to say y’all’s product is amazing! I’ve been using it for almost two months now since my friend gave me half a jar of the Vanilla. I got the fudge brownie and some bars and they are great! I’ve noticed an increase in my milk supply and the thickness of it. I feel like it’s helped my milk get more nutrition in it!
